1. Booking and Payment Structure

   • A non-refundable booking fee of €5,000 is required to confirm your booking.
   • Additional payments are staggered over the months leading up to the event:
     • 12 months prior: €1,000
     • 9 months prior: €2,000
     • 6 months prior: €2,000
     • 3 months prior: €4,000
     • 1 month prior: Remaining estimated balance
     • A discretionary final balance of up to €1,000 can be paid on the morning of departure.
   • All payments are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
   • For weddings with an estimated value over €20,000 (specifically relating to food & beverage spend), a different payment schedule applies.

2. Accommodation

   • The Castle requires booking of its 21 unique bedrooms by the wedding couple and their guests.
   • Room rates at the Castle start from €225 per night.
   • Room rates at the Lodge start from €190 per night.
   • Rates are based on a maximum of 2 people sharing and include a full Irish breakfast, all taxes, and service charge.
   • Self Catering Accommodation is sold on a minimum two-night stay.

3. Hire Charges

   • For weddings at the Castle Pavilion, an additional daily hire charge of €1,500 applies.
   • For wedding parties using the Castle solely as their venue (40 to 70 guests), a hire fee of €1,500 per day is charged for private use of the Castle and its gardens.

4. Food & Beverage

   • Final attendance figures for dinner must be supplied 7 days before the wedding day.
   • Charges apply irrespective of actual numbers on the day.
   • Sample menus start from €71.00, inclusive of all taxes and service charges.

5. General Information

   • Cancellation charges apply, starting from the forfeiture of the non-refundable booking fee to 25% of the total balance (excluding Booking Fee) for cancellations 18 to 13 months from the arrival date.
   • Children are welcome, with menu items available for them. Children 12 and over are charged the same rate as adults, while those under 12 have a separate children’s menu.

6. Event Venues

   • The Castle accommodates up to 70 guests (available on selected midweek dates only).
   • The Pavilion can host up to 260 guests, with minimum numbers applying for weekends, bank holidays, and peak dates.
